FAQ

The prints

What are the prints made on?

Museum-quality giclée prints on thick, durable matte paper. The matte finish means no glare, so they read well in bright rooms and under overhead light — unlike glossy paper, which fights with every lamp in the room.

Do prints come framed?

No. Frames are not included. Our product photos show prints in frames to help you picture them on a wall, but what ships is the print itself. Most of our sizes are standard, so off-the-shelf frames will fit.

What sizes can I get?

It varies by design — some prints come in a few sizes, others in the full range from 5″×7″ up to 24″×36″, including squares and A-sizes. The available sizes are listed in the dropdown on each product page, and there's a size chart in the image gallery.

How do I choose a size?

As a rough guide: smaller sizes suit shelves, desks, and gallery-wall clusters. Mid sizes work above a counter, console, or small table. The largest sizes are for a full wall that needs one confident piece. When in doubt, go one size up — people far more often wish they'd gone bigger.

Orders and shipping

Why does my order take a few days to make?

Every print is produced after you order it. Nothing is pre-printed or warehoused. Production takes 2–5 business days, then delivery is 1–8 business days within the US and 1–20 internationally. Full details are on our shipping page.

My print arrived curled. Is that a problem?

Not at all, and it's expected. Prints ship rolled in a protective tube, which is the safest way to transport paper art. Unroll it, lay it flat under a little weight, and give it a day. It will settle completely before you frame it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Delivery takes longer and customs duties or import taxes set by your country aren't included in your checkout total.

Where's my order?

You'll receive a tracking email once your print ships. If it's been longer than the windows above, contact us and we'll look into it.

Can I return or exchange a print?
