Shipping & Delivery

Every Dottie & Co. print is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your print is produced after you place your order, which is why there's a short making window before anything ships.

How long it takes

Two separate stages, and it helps to think of them separately:

  • Production: 2–5 business days. This is printing, quality checking, and packing.
  • Delivery: 1–8 business days within the United States, and 1–20 business days internationally depending on destination and customs.

So a typical US order arrives within about one to two weeks from the day you order. International orders take longer, and the range is wider because customs clearance varies by country.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your print. Larger formats cost more to ship because they require sturdier packaging.

How your print is packaged

Prints ship rolled inside a protective tube. This is the safest way to move paper art — it avoids the creases that flat-packing can cause in transit.

Because of this, your print will have a slight curl when it arrives. That's normal and it resolves on its own. Unroll it, lay it flat under something with a bit of weight, and leave it for a day before framing. It will settle completely.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your print ships.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are set by your country and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
